We Believe
That every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated exactly as they are. That’s why we take a whole-child approach to learning, one that values curiosity over conformity, growth over grades, and relationships over routines. Our individualized tutoring programs are built around each learner’s unique strengths, needs, and ways of thinking. We work in partnership with families, educators, and students to create environments where children feel safe, capable, and empowered to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. When every way of being is valued, every child finds all ways to be themselves.

Charlie Del Santo, M.A.
Educator, advocate, mom, and proud sidekick to a very fluffy therapy dog named Moose (he takes his job very seriously).
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a K–12 Special Education teaching credential. Over the course of my career, I’ve served as Head of School and Director for two private schools, leading programs that centered on individualized learning and whole-child development. With more than a decade of experience working with neurodivergent learners and partnering with their families, I bring both expertise and compassion to every student I support.
Over the years, I’ve worked one-on-one with incredible students—designing personalized learning plans, advocating in schools, and helping create environments where neurodiverse students feel safe, seen, and understood.
I believe in education for all. Rooted in compassion, creativity, and the freedom to all ways be who they are.
"If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn."
